Shipping
Orders are shipped with UPS, USPS or FedEx within in 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Please note, your order may encounter delays once shipped due to supply issues, increased shipping volume or inclement weather, which is out of our control. And shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Tracking information is provided in the order conformation email. Shoppe Westernly is not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
Returns
We will not be accepting returns. All sales are final.
Please note, that vintage pieces are sold as is, any flaws add character to the piece.
Damages
We try to do our best packaging your pieces so that they stay as safe as possible during the shipping process. Unfortunately if the the item does come broken of damaged, send a clear photo of the damaged item to (shoppewesternly@gmail.com) within 2 days of reciving your package. Instructions for return or exchange of damaged goods will be in a reply email.
